Sales, Refund, and Purchase Policy

Last Updated: March 17, 2026

Welcome to The Vending Vault. By purchasing any product, service, digital download, or equipment from our website, you agree to the policies outlined below. These policies are designed to protect both the client and our company due to the customized nature of many of our products and services.

1. Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase from The Vending Vault website or through direct invoice, the client acknowledges that they have:

  • Read the full product description

  • Reviewed all details regarding the purchase

  • Understood the policies regarding refunds, payments, and digital products

Failure to read the product description does not qualify a customer for a refund.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before completing a purchase.

2. No Refund Policy for Customized Vending Packages

All vending machine packages, ATM machine packages, and business setup packages are non-refundable once a contract has been signed.

This policy is strictly enforced due to the following:

  • Machine customization

  • Branding preparation

  • Supplier coordination

  • Inventory sourcing

  • Logistics planning

  • Vendor ordering processes

  • Administrative labor required to prepare the package

Once the contract is signed and processing begins, resources and supplier arrangements are already allocated.

Because of the hardship and operational costs associated with customization, no refunds will be issued after the agreement is signed.

3. Digital Products & Direct Downloads (No Refunds)

All digital products sold through The Vending Vault are non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Vending business eBooks

  • ATM business guides

  • Location strategy guides

  • Digital vending training materials

  • Startup blueprints

  • Vendor lists

  • Business toolkits

  • Downloadable templates

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically, it cannot be returned.

Therefore:

All digital product sales are final.

Customers must carefully read product descriptions before purchasing.

4. Client Responsibility Before Purchase

All clients are responsible for reviewing the following before purchasing:

  • Product descriptions

  • Package inclusions

  • Equipment specifications

  • Training program details

  • Delivery timelines

  • Software or payment processing requirements

The Vending Vault is not responsible for misunderstandings that occur when a customer fails to read the full product description.

5. Payment Processing Policy

For security and transparency purposes, certain orders must be processed through specific payment methods.

Orders Over $500

Any order over $500 must be processed through PayPal.

This policy helps protect both the company and the client by providing:

  • Transaction security

  • Buyer and seller documentation

  • Verified payment tracking

  • Fraud protection

Orders exceeding $500 that are not processed through PayPal may be declined.

6. Equipment Sales Policy

The Vending Vault offers equipment packages including but not limited to:

  • Vending machines

  • ATM machines

  • Cashless payment readers

  • POS payment tools

  • Payment processing equipment

  • Business startup tools

Equipment orders may require:

  • Production time

  • Supplier coordination

  • Freight shipping arrangements

Due to the nature of equipment sourcing and customization, equipment sales are final once the order has been placed with the supplier.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Supplier availability

  • Machine customization

  • Shipping logistics

  • Freight scheduling

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance but are not guaranteed exact dates due to factors outside company control such as freight carriers and manufacturing schedules.
